Terms of Service

These terms apply to roofing services provided by Oliver Roofing Ltd, Mardale Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, trading as www.oliverroofingspecialists.co.uk.

Quotes and acceptance

All work is subject to a written or emailed quote. Work begins only once you accept the quote. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Our work

We carry out new roof installations, repairs and emergency call-outs, chimney rebuilds and leadwork, guttering and fascias, Velux window fitting, and shed and garage roofs across Newcastle and the surrounding area. Workmanship is covered by the warranty stated on your quote.

Access and safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to tell us about any known hazards. We may need to pause work in dangerous weather conditions; roofing work cannot safely proceed in high winds or ice.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Emergency call-outs may require payment on completion. We do not ask for full payment in advance of starting work.

Liability

We hold full liability insurance for the work we undertake. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
